roasted beetroot & goat cheese

What is it?

the topping of slowly roasted beet roots and goat cheese is very aromatic, earthy, salty and slightly sweet. This is contrasted and balanced by fresh mint and a hint of black pepper.

Ingredients

beet root, wheat flour, water, goat cheese (pasteurized goat milk, pasteurized goat cream), olive oil, salt, yeast, pepper

This focaccia is vegetarian

Finish after reheating

  • 1-2 thinly sliced mint leaves
  • a generous amount of extra virgin olive oil
  • some drops of Balsamico
  • some coarse salt, preferably fleur de sel
