this focaccia is topped with a spicy sauce made from pork sausage, tomatoes, chilis and fennel seeds and finished with rocket, which adds a bitter note.

wheat flour, water, pork sausage (pork meat from CH), tomatoes, olive oil, onions, salt, fennel seeds, yeast, garlic, chilis, black pepper

Finish after reheating

• a handful of rocket and optionally sliced mild chilis and browned onions
• extra virgin olive oil
• some drops of Balsamico
• a little coarse salt, preferably fleur de sel
